We request that if you are feeling unwell, please reconsider your travel.

Please note Thredbo’s Terms & Conditions including cancellation policies.

Kasees Lodge strongly recommends that upon booking your holiday you purchase travel insurance to cover you for all eventualities.

Kasees Lodge has a limited Cancellation/Refund Policy in case of illness & injury:-

1. If -:
a. Thredbo is closed prior to your arrival due to a health pandemic or natural disaster/emergency such as bushfires; OR
b. Border/road closures, lockdowns or a natural disaster/emergency prevent you from travelling on your intended dates
- we will offer you a reschedule of your booking to other dates in the same season, if available (one reschedule only).

2. If you are ill or injured and unable to travel, we will:
- require a medical certificate as proof of inability to travel on booked dates;
- offer you a reschedule of your booking to other dates in the same season, if available (one reschedule only).

If neither 1. nor 2. apply and you seek to cancel, you will be charged as per our normal cancellation and refund policies (refer to Summer and Winter rates pages).

If you become unwell during your stay:-

Kasees is a family business. We ask that guests consider our staff living on site and all others staying in the Lodge, and if you fall sick during your stay that you practice high standards of hygiene and keep your distance.
